Shipping Policy
Fast, Reliable Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS. Orders placed before 2pm EST with Priority shipping ship the same business day. Sale items always ship free.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options for standard product orders:
- Economy Shipping - $9.95: 3-5 business days processing time, followed by standard carrier transit times. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
- Priority Shipping - $14.95: 1 business day processing time with expedited handling. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Free Shipping on Sale Items
All items purchased from our On Sale page ship free with Economy shipping at no additional charge. No coupon code or minimum order amount required.
Subscription Shipments
Our subscription products have their own shipping schedules:
- Special Ops Airdrops: Your first box ships within 1-2 business days of your initial order. Subsequent boxes ship automatically every 30 days.
- T-Shirt Club: Your first shipment ships within 1-2 business days. Subsequent shipments are sent every 30 days.
- Liberty Magazine: This is a digital product delivered electronically to your email address. No physical shipping is required.
Processing Times
- Priority orders placed before 2pm EST: Ship the same business day
- Priority orders placed after 2pm EST: Ship the next business day
- Economy orders: Processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
- Subscription boxes: Ship within 1-2 business days of the billing date
Processing times are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The carrier is selected based on the shipping method, package size, and destination. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com) to monitor the status of your delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing time for your shipping method, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will provide your tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
- US shipping only: We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
- PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. If you select a shipping method that uses UPS and provide a PO Box address, your order will be shipped via USPS instead.
- APO/FPO/DPO: We ship to military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for military addresses.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, including:
- Package shows delivered but you have not received it
- Package is damaged upon arrival
- Package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
- Wrong item received
Please contact our support team at [email protected] or call 1-855-211-1054 as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. TacticalUSA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
