How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription using any of the following methods:

• Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] with your name and order number
• Phone: Call 1-855-211-1054 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST, Sat 9am-5pm EST)
• Online form: Fill out the cancellation request form below

What Happens After Cancellation

• Processing time: Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day
• No further charges: You will not be charged again after your cancellation is processed
• No penalties or fees: There are absolutely no cancellation fees or penalties
• Items already shipped: Any items that have already shipped before your cancellation was processed are not affected -- they are on their way to you
• Keep what you have: You keep everything you have already received from your subscription

Confirmation

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your subscription. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us to verify your cancellation was received.

Resubscribing

If you change your mind, you are welcome to resubscribe at any time by visiting our shop and placing a new subscription order. Please note that resubscribing will start a new subscription at the current pricing.
