Holiday Policy

Observed Holidays

TacticalUSA observes the following holidays, during which our warehouse and customer support operations are closed:

• New Year's Day - January 1
• Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
• Independence Day - July 4
• Labor Day - First Monday in September
• Thanksgiving Day - Fourth Thursday in November
• Christmas Day - December 25

When a holiday falls on a Saturday, we observe it on the preceding Friday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, we observe it on the following Monday.

Order Processing During Holidays

Orders placed on an observed holiday or after business hours on the day before a holiday will be processed on the next business day. For example:

• An order placed on Christmas Day (December 25) will begin processing on December 26 (or the next weekday if December 26 falls on a weekend)
• An order placed on Thanksgiving evening will begin processing the following Monday

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date near a holiday, we recommend placing your order well in advance and selecting Priority Shipping to minimize processing time.

Carrier Delays During Holiday Periods

Shipping carriers (USPS and UPS) may experience higher-than-normal volumes during holiday periods, particularly around Thanksgiving through New Year's. This can result in delivery times that exceed standard estimates.

TacticalUSA is not responsible for carrier delays during holiday periods. We recommend ordering early during the holiday season to account for potential delays. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments so you can monitor your package's progress.

Subscription Shipments During Holidays

If your subscription renewal date (Special Ops Airdrops, T-Shirt Club) falls on an observed holiday or weekend, your shipment will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Your billing date remains unchanged.

Digital subscriptions (Liberty Magazine) are delivered electronically and are not affected by holiday schedules.

Customer Support Hours During Holidays

Customer support is closed on all observed holidays listed above. During extended holiday periods (such as Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas week), support hours may be reduced:

• Thanksgiving week: Normal hours Monday-Wednesday; closed Thursday-Friday; Saturday 9am-5pm EST
• Christmas week: Normal hours up to December 24 (closing at 2pm EST); closed December 25; reduced hours December 26-31
• New Year's: Closed January 1; normal hours resume January 2

• Select Priority Shipping for faster processing and delivery
• Check carrier websites for their holiday shipping deadlines
• Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays
• Save your tracking number to monitor your package during high-volume periods
