Our Guarantee

Every product sold at TacticalUSA is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The guarantee applies to the first purchase of any given product per customer.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request:

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions if applicable. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will process your refund. Please allow:

  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Bank/card posting: An additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Total timeline: Up to 15 business days from the date your return is received

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damage and your order number when reaching out.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription products (Special Ops Airdrops, Liberty Magazine, T-Shirt Club) can be cancelled at any time with no penalties or fees. To cancel your subscription:

Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Items already shipped before the cancellation date are not eligible for refund under the subscription cancellation — they are covered by our standard 30-day return policy.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products that have been used, modified, or are not in original condition
  • Digital products (Liberty Magazine) after access has been delivered
  • Items purchased on the On Sale page at clearance pricing
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

Additional Notes

  • Prepaid debit cards: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid or expired debit cards. In these cases, a check will be mailed.
  • Partial refunds: Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items returned in less-than-original condition.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
